All right this is the last episode of Usagi Drop and while its sad to see such a great show come to an end I think it was a great experience and a very different style of anime that was well worth the time to watch.

this episode starts with Daikichi and Rin going to buy stuff for Nitani but when they get to her home Daikichi is too afraid of speaking to her so he tells Kouki to take them in and being the naughty boy he is he starts to ring the doorbell like crazy making Nitani open the door and meet Daikichi.

this whole scene show how they ( the parents ) like each other I mean is pretty obvious ( too bad we didn’t have a Daikichi and Nitani ending maybe a second season ) and while they’re too embarrassed to talk to each other the kids make it easy for them both.
after that Daikichi hears there’s going to be a jumping contest on the school so He, Rin, Kouki and Nitani go to the park to teach them how to jump a rope, they’re joined by other parents and they start talking about their kids.
Daikichi being new to the being parent thing is not sure about how he’s managing and ask the others how do they do it while they replied “ my time with my kids its my own time “.

Anyway its sad to see this series go but at least I learned how life can indeed change when you have a kid and made me respect my parent even more.
Adults are indeed amazing I cant really remember a time where my parents where not there for me they always have been supportive and loving even though there may have been sacrificed they had to do to be with me and I didn’t even know it.
I’m an adult now and I cant say how grateful I am to my parents and after watching this series I think I can also say that Adults are amazing and I love my parents for everything they have done for me.
lets hope for more series like this in the future.
It is indeed sad to see it has finally ended and at the same time I feel satisfied with everything Usagi Drop has delivered. What a great show.
Be glad it ended here, after this point the manga goes straight down to “total crap” and ends it there.
I dont think it was “total crap” sure the ending was tottaly weird but the story of Rin growing up was great.
